This free, hour long session is required of all our members. During the session, we will cover your health history, movement screen, and initial goal setting, followed by short benchmark workout.

Schedule your first class
Once you've had a taste for what our program is all about, it's time to get you into class. Most people new to CrossFit will start in our fundamentals track, designed to introduce you to our program, teach you new movements, and generally prep you for the increased intensity of our regular programming. Once we feel you have a basic understanding of what we do and have established (or proven) a base level of conditioning, you'll move into our regular programming.
In order to maintain our standard of high quality coaching, we cap each class to 8 people. Spaces in each class are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
You'll come to your first class dressed in comfortable workout clothing, and with a bottle of water. We start on-time, so try to get to class (especially your first class) at least a few minutes early to get settled in. While you're in our gym, think of it as a second home; make yourself comfortable, tell us what's new and good, shake someone's hand (or give a hi-five), and get ready for a great workout.
