Here at Inner Strength, CrossFit is the strength and conditioning platform we use to inspire, define, and program for group fitness in a supportive, fun, and challenging environment. We chase proficiency in ten general skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. We layer individual attention on top of that foundation for your specific needs and goals.
We value strong mechanics over sloppy intensity, hard work over bad excuses, and real heart over ego.
